Demagnetization

Some materials retain a relatively high amount of magnetism after exposure to a magnetic field. To eliminate this, the component must be demagnetized by an alternating magnetic field which is gradually reduced to zero. Our demagnetizers are used for this operation as they can efficiently eliminate the residual magnetism in various materials and workpieces of various dimensions.

The DM table demagnetizer is suitable for flat and small cylindrical parts up to the thickness of 60 mm.

Demagnetiser HD is capable of demagnetizing parts up to a depth of 25 mm.

You can make use of the TDM tunnel demagnetizer for boxes or parts in circular shape with the wall thickness up to 30 mm.

When combined with a belt conveyor, these are ideal in automated plants.

Medium distributor dry lubrication technology for dry milling and dry drilling that brings advantages and benefits throughout the process, more efficient, precise and faster, cost-saving, clean and sustainable.

Technically and physically unique, MHT GmbH from Schramberg offers a completely new milling technology for cooling, lubrication and chip removal with the Medium Distributor System. The Medium Distributor completely replaces cooling lubricants, minimum quantity lubrication as well as Trough Spindle Coolant solutions and ideally serves the three main components of the machining process during milling and drilling.

FSW is a modern method of joining materials, which has gained great popularity in various industries in recent years. This method of joining materials is the result of constant research and development in the field of material engineering. FSW technology uses heat generated by friction between the rotating tool head and the joined material. This process makes it possible to join different metals and their alloys, but also other materials such as polymers and composites

During welding, a rotary tool with a specially adapted tip and shoulder is pressed into the welded metals. Heating occurs due to friction and plastic deformation of materials. The tool arm generates the main part of the heat in the process and at the same time prevents the material from being blown out of the joint. When the temperature of the material rises to about 80% of the melting point, the material around the tip softens, mixes and forms a weld joint. During the process, intense plastic deformation occurs at elevated temperature. The fine microstructure in the welds created by friction welding is responsible for the good mechanical properties of the joints.

The current state of application of FSW technology in industry is very positive. FSW is used in various industries such as automotive, aerospace, marine, energy and others.
